Overview

Gain critical insights into the causes of supply chain breakdowns and learn how to fix them for the long term. Virtually every supply chain breaks down periodically. However, if we can determine the causes in advance we can reduce or eliminate many of these to create a smoother and more efficient supply chain. A more efficient and effective supply chain reduces costs, reduces lead time, reduces the hidden costs of operating and increases the bottom line.

Unlike traditional classroom trainings, this is a very hands-on seminar. After establishing the parameters of what works and doesn’t, every participant will participate (play a role) in “The Supply Chain & Procurement Simulation.” This will be followed by documenting value streams and within these, specific processes.

A simulation exercise, problem solving tools, PDMA model and SCM resource guide are included in the material.
